Andrea Henderson is a highly skilled professional in the field of Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) as Owner/President of New Mexico Medical Legal Review. With extensive expertise and knowledge in the realm of medical legal work, Andrea has become a trusted figure in coordinating objective assessments and insights for legal cases and medical claims.

NM Medical Legal Review specializes in conducting thorough and impartial evaluations of workers’ compensation and liability cases. These evaluations serve as crucial evidence in legal proceedings, insurance claims, and workers' compensation cases.

 Throughout her career, Andrea Henderson has built a reputation for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the highest standards for her clients. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, her career in New Mexico began when she worked with HSC in the Claims, Medical Case Management, and Loss Prevention Departments.  Andrea was then hired by New Mexico Orthopaedic Associates to assist in developing and supervising, WorkLink, NMOAs workers’ compensation program.  Andrea went on to become the Manager of Workers’ Compensation. Andrea also owned and operated Green Island Evaluations, which was also a medical legal consulting company.

In 2006, Andrea was hired by Barry Diskant, MD as Practice Administrator of Medical Evaluation Center.  Andrea describes accepting this position with Dr. Diskant as ‘a pivotal moment in my career.  Dr. Diskant loved to educate his team on the IME business’.
